About Derek Smith
Derek teaches class percussion, steel band, and stage band at Solano Community College in Fairfield, CA. He teaches private lessons for drum set, vibes, steel pan, hand drums, assesory percussion. He has experience teaching all ages and levels. Derek travels throughout California presenting musical lectures and performances for elementary schools, high schools, colleges, libraries, and other educational venues.
