Lot has performed with LA Chamber Orchestra, LA Opera, LA Master Chorale, Long Beach Opera, Musica Angelica, Bach Collegium San Diego, among others. She is a Fulbright scholar, has a Doctoral Degree in Oboe Performance from USC and holds the position of Lecturer in Baroque oboe at the USC Thornton School of Music. Lot lives in Arcadia, CA with her husband and two children.

Lot Demeyer is an experienced modern oboe and Baroque oboe teacher. Students and parents have praised her for her patience, approach, kindness, optimism and expertise. Lot’s lessons emphasize good technique, sound development and the joy of playing. Lot sets clear short- and long-term goals. Dependent on the student's level and interests, lessons can cover music reading skills, music theory and/or reed making. Lesson can take place at Lot’s home studio, at your home and in the USC area.
