Hi My name is Maria Wilson and I have been teaching for 22 years both private and group instruction. I am a 6 time scholarship winner to Duquesne University's Guitar and Bass Workshop and School and currently teach at Maria Wilson Music and The State Street Academy of Music.I also have 5 instrumental guitar albums which I haved performed the music touring both the college[East Coast] and Festival circuits.I currently am published with RDSD Publishing composing music for T.V and film projects.

My teaching style is tailors to the goals of what the students want to achieve.Each individual I work on outting togther their own curriculum using materials I have written,certain books,the internet and I also record the lessons for the students so they can review what they have learned in their lesson.Alot of my students have pursued music careers such as music industry,performance,music education and attend schools such as Belmont University,Berklee College of Music, Lebanon Valley College, Temple University and Mahattan School of Music.
