Hello music makers! I have been teaching music lessons since 1992, and involved in music and performance since 1983. I teach traditional piano, Suzuki piano and voice lessons.

After working with hundreds of students I have one major take-away: music lessons have to be tailored to each student. When we do that, every child (or adult student) can learn. My job as a music teacher is to be creative and make sure that each lesson is as fun or serious, challenging or relaxed, classical or pop, technical or big picture, short or long, and upbeat or laid back as it needs to be. I work to make lessons fun, innovative, creative and engaging, and I'm patient. I will also work with students who have challenges, such as autism.
