About Ed Krzyzaniak
Ed Krzyzaniak enjoys sharing his knowledge as a music instructor. He started taking guitar lessons himslef at the age of 6. During college in Michigan, Ed was a music major. After moving to California, Ed continued his studies at Musicians Institute, UCLA and SMC. Ed has built his reputation as a guitarist, teacher, songwriter and composer. Ed has performed and recorded with many top artists including Rami Jaffee (Foo Fighters, Wallflowers), Simone Battle (GRL, X Factor, Black Eyed Peas), Alexandra Jae (Australian Idol winner), Alex Del Zoppo (Sweetwater, the Beach Boys), Steve Hunter (Alice Cooper, Tracy Chapman), Laura Hall (Roger Daltry), Timothy Bloom (Grammy winner) Kenny Smith (Grammy nominee), Billy Mitchell (Minority Report), Dale Fisher Band and many others. Ed as also written songs and score for movies like “Luna”, A Refugee and Me” (award winning documentary), “Highland Park Blues”, “7 Days”, “Played”, “Cold Ones” and others. Ed was the guitarist for the show “Battle of the Dance”. He has also contributed music for corporate clients like Playboy, Harlem Globe Trotters, National Research, and Warner Bros. Along the way Ed has also collected music awards like a Stellar Award (gospel music's highest honor), L.A. Music Award, Unisong Award and AZA award. Ed guitar currently does guitar session work for legendary music producers/engineers Matt Forger (Michael Jackson, Paul McCartney) and Barry Keenan (No Doubt, Sting). His most current project is recording the upcoming Invisible Poet Kings CD.
