Having graduated from Wichita State University in 2013, Caleb Alexander specializes inguitar lessons in multiple styles for all levels of player.  Currently working towards a Masters of Jazz Pedagogy and Performance at the University of Missouri, he is passionate about teaching students not only to play their instrument but also to become the best musicians possible.  An important part of this is an emphasis on performance, which he includes by providing an opportunity for students to play in a studio showcase that is open to the community.  Beyond guitar, Caleb is also available for lessons in jazz, audio engineering, improvisation as well as studio and live performance sessions and lessons. 

In addition to teaching, Caleb loves to play music professionally.  Available for hire as astudio musician and engineer, he also plays with multiple bands in Columbia, Mo.  Some highlights include: Austin Jones and the Bootheel Boys, Concert Jazz Band from the University of Missouri, the jazz combo Composer’s Collective, and singer-songwriter Merry Ellen Kirk.
